Favio provides a secure AI platform that enables organizations to access multiple AI models with enterprise-grade security, visibility, and cost controls.
AI Chat Interface
Access to AI-powered chat interfaces with multiple models from leading providers, with organization-level controls.
Team Workspaces
Collaborative workspaces for teams with role-based access, usage limits, and audit logging.
Security & Compliance
Enterprise-grade security including SSO, audit logs, and EU data residency options.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited:

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed for your specific use case.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
